Today, I live streamed a computer science class where I was “dealing with” 3 crushes. I had explicit instructions to tell them that I had an incredibly strong feeling for them… by the end of the video I was invited to be the maid of honor at one of their weddings.  This is the story of how I tricked three crushes into believing I liked them.

I don't think the prank went too well, I'm not actually interested in any of them.  The first one is a great friend, but he is too old, the second one is a close friend, but I'm not attracted to him, and the third one is a guy who I used to have a crush on, but he didn't respond to my feelings.

The prank was done by asking someone to give the calculator to someone they didn  't think they had a crush on, only to find out that they had 3 crushes.

I was out at a bar with my friends, when a player walked up to me and asked me to use the love calculator to help her get her crush's name. I did so reluctantly, and found out 3 people she had crushes on  . I challenged her to tell me who they were, and of course she couldn't, so I told her one of them was me. She quickly said she knew, so I confirmed it.

... And so she saved me a seat.

I told her she could have her cake and eat it too by being my girlfriend, so  she said yes, I was like I’ve never been so happy before!

I was eating my cereal when I saw this great recipe idea on Pinterest. It was the perfect idea to make to celebrate our anniversary, so I got cooking.

I input my crush's 3 digit number and show my tablet to them, pretending it is the love calculator, and tell them I am 98% sure they will feel the way they do about each other. Afterward, I walk  off to my next infatuation.

I'm somewhat shocked that she's not willing to take a guess at her chance of getting her love of her life back. I walk up to the second girl and tell her the story of how  I had a crush with a guy for a year and a half, and he left me a month before we were going to do our freshman orientation. We had been going to the same school for a year and a half before he left me to go to a different college. If there was only a 10% chance that he would want me back after  leaving me, then I would've had to take that chance.

I let that 10% chance be the deciding factor for whether or not I would try. I'm either going to be immensely happy, or horribly heartbroken. But taking that chance of getting rejected enabled me to find out what I wanted. The second girl is quivering at  my door, greeting me with a hug and a kiss. I can tell she's felt this way about me for a long time, and I feel the same way about her. We spend hours talking to each other, and I can feel a date quickly approaching. The first girl was a long lost flame, a high school romance that ended before it  could truly blossom. She's nervous, but not nervous about me. She's nervous because the love of her life is waiting back at home for her, but I've already fallen for her charms. The sparks are still there, though, and I kiss her goodbye with the knowledge that I'll see her soon. It was worth the risk.
